Returns, Exchange & Refunds

- Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery — for damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required.
- Start your return within 7 days of delivery. Items must come back unused, in original condition, with the invoice and brand tag.
- Custom, personalised, and intimate items can't be returned or exchanged.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time replacement. Please contact our team to arrange the reverse pickup before sending anything back — items returned without prior verification can't be credited or replaced.
