Returns, Exchange & Refunds

• We accept returns and exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or don't match the site's photos or description.
• Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery — for damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is required.
• Start your return within 7 days of delivery. Items must come back unused, in original condition, with the invoice and brand tag.
• Custom, personalised, and intimate items can't be returned or exchanged.
• Each order is eligible for a one-time replacement. Please contact our team to arrange the reverse pickup before sending anything back — items returned without prior verification can't be credited or replaced.
• Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
